Meet the Owner

ATLAS, 28, founded Paralysis Park in 2025 with a personal vision: a water park on this side of town, run at a human pace.
Atlas brings genuine front line waterpark industry expereince to the role, having previously served as ticket agent at a major regional park, where management said his presence took a lot of stress off the owner's back. He gave every guest at his window his complete attention, sometimes for eleven minutes or more, and moved through the workday at a pace he describes as sustainable. The separation was mutual and the file is sealed and honestly he is over it.
Rather than take another register somewhere else, Atlas bet on himself. He found the land, he chose the slides, he painted the tall one purple because purple is the best one, and he built this web site over a long weekend using a template he had saved on a hard drive for years for exactly this moment.
The only part of the old job he misses is Joaquin, the janitor, who started the week after him and is a good dude. Joaquin knows where the gate is.

THE EMPLOYEE FILE, SINCE PEOPLE KEEP POSTING IT
A copy of the Owner's old personnel file from the previous park circulates online. Fine. Here it is, with commentary, so you can stop emailing it to us.
| FIELD | ON FILE | THE CONTEXT THEY LEAVE OUT |
| Position | Ticket Agent | The entire ticketing operation. One man. |
| Level | 1 | The scale was never explained to anyone. |
| Efficiency | 78.9% | Measured during conversations, which were the job done right. |
| Movement speed | 2.2 | Recorded on a day the Owner was conserving energy. |
| Endurance | 194.7 | Read that number again. Nobody else at that park came close. |
| Pay | $187 per day | For the entire ticketing operation. See above. |
A MESSAGE FROM THE OWNER
"People ask me why I opened a water park across town from another water park. Man, I was here first. Ask them why they opened a SECOND one. Anyway I don't want to get into the order of events, the order of events is on the history page now, go read it.
What I will say is this. Nobody has ever left my ticket window feeling like a number. Some have left feeling like the conversation ran long. That is the same thing as customer service, if you think about it, which I have.
Come through. Bring the family. The speaker plays what I want after six and what the guests want before that, and honestly before six it is also what I want."
